    How often do you offer Market Value Updates?
    Market Value Updates are offered twice a year, every January and July. Updates are completely optional and you buy them only when you want. Cost is $10 per database and special discounts are offered if you buy updates for several countries or subscribe to them. We are planning shortly to allow people to purchase and download updates via internet.

    Will Coin Elite work with Vista?
    Yes. COIN ELITE will work on Vista..Coin Elite will work with ALL versions of Windows Vista, XP, NT, ME, 95/98 and 2000

    Where do you get your values from?
    We get them from a number of sources, including retail price guides and auctions. The values reflect retail trends.

    Can I use my own values if I want?
    Yes, you can change the value of any coin in your inventory at any time.
    Do I have to buy the Value Updates?
    No, you only purchase them if you and when you want.

    What will the Demo program show me?
    The Demo program is a working version of the full program. It limits you to enter 30 Lincoln Wheat Back small cents. You can then see how the program looks and works.
    I'm new to computers. Is COIN ELITE easy to use?
    Yes. COIN ELITE has been consistently reviewed as the easiest and fastest way to inventory coins. It is very user-friendly.

    Most of my collection is US coins with a few Canadian. Do I have to purchase the Canadian (or Mexican) database just to inventory them?
    No. COIN ELITE comes with a free world coin database that can inventory any type of coin. The additional Canadian database with its built-in descriptions and prices is only necessary if you have a large number of Canadian coins or if you like the way COIN ELITE organizes the coins.
    Do you update the COIN ELITE program?
    Yes. Trove Software is constantly working and improving the COIN ELITE for over 11 years. Any new features are offered as an update to our uses at the same time we offered Market Value Updates.

    Can COIN ELITE inventory world coins?
    Yes. COIN ELITE includes a free World Coin database that allows to categorize and inventory world coins.
    Can I have multiple entries of coins with the same date?
    Yes. COIN ELITE allows you to enter your inventory any way you want.

    Yes. COIN ELITE has a built-in Backup and Restore feature so you can carry your information from machine to machine.
